Hokie Wellness invites employees and students to participate in programming on mindfulness and meditation that can help relieve stress and anxiety.

Mindful Monday is available to anyone interested in finding a quiet time in the day or week. The Koru program introduces participants to the practice of mindfulness and several skills for managing stress.
