Alumni gather for the College of Liberal Arts and Human Sciences tailgate in 2018

Based on an abundance of caution and deep concern for the possible risk that travel and assembling in crowded spaces creates in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic, Virginia Tech is canceling or postponing a number of events. In choosing this regrettable but prudent step, we are in line with public health guidelines regarding the coronavirus, as well as appropriate procedures determined by Virginia Tech’s COVID-19 Committee. We apologize for any inconvenience or disappointment these changes may cause. The university is monitoring the situation closely and sharing updates regularly. To learn more, visit our COVID-19 site.

Despite the current climate, there are still opportunities to stay connected to the College of Liberal Arts and Human Sciences virtually, through our social media accounts, including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter. We also encourage you to visit the college news site; to participate in the CLAHS Group on Hokie Mentorship Connect, an online platform that connects Virginia Tech undergraduates with alumni for career-related support; and to email our director of alumni relations, Christina Miller, at millercd@vt.edu.
