David Delgado is a professor of Spanish at the Department of Modern and Classical Languages and Literatures. His research explores Spanish cultural production and space analysis in the late 20th century and the 21st century. This includes events such as the Transición from Franco’s dictatorship to democracy, the 1990s opening to the world, and the 2008 economic crisis and its effects on cultural production. Delgado has also presented and published on Modern poetry, and the interactions between anglophone and Hispanic literary productions.
