Four ASPECT doctoral students participated in the Western Political Science Association Conference. Samuel Beckenhauer presented “Conspiracy Theories and the Simulation of the United States’ Public”; Linea Cutter spoke on “The Freedom to ‘Choose’ from a Smorgasbord of the Same: The Binge-Restrict Eating Regime”; Hannah Glasson’s presentation was titled “Resilience Narratives, Neoliberal Governance, and the Contested Ontopolitics of Resistance in the Anthropocene”; and Molly Todd presented “Crossing, Inhabiting, Shifting Borders: The Power of the Decolonial Imagination.” 

The conference was held virtually April 1–3.
