Captain Jessica Dufault was born and raised in Hartford, CT. She commissioned as an Transportation Officer from Hofstra University, Hempstead, NY in 2015 with a Bachelor's of Science in Kinesiology. 

CPT Dufault served in multiple leadership positions to include Platoon Leader, Executive Officer. She recently served as the 557th Fire Fighting Detachment & 62nd Forward Support Company (FSC) Commander in the 62nd Engineer Battalion, 36th Engineer Brigade out of FORT Cavazos, TX; Deputy Chief of Logistics and Command Post OIC for 2501st Digital Liaison Detachment, 8th Army, Camp Yongin, Republic of Korea (ROK); Executive Officer of H Troop FSC, 2nd Squadron, 3rd Cavalry Regiment; Distribution Platoon Leader in the Supply & Transportation Troop, Regimental Support Squadron, 3rd Cavalry Regiment.

CPT Dufault's military and civilian education includes Logistics Basic Officer Leader Course, Air Assault Course, Rappel Master Qualification Course, Logistics Captains Career Course, Unit Movement Officer Course, Hazmat Course, Air Load Planner Course, Contracting Course, Sligh Load Inspector Certification Course, Common Faculty Development & Instructor Course, Commanders Course, and National Training Center Observer Controller Course. 

CPT Dufault's awards and decorations include the Meritorious Service Medal, Army Commendation Medal (2), Army Achievement Medal (3), Korea Defense Service Medal, Overseas Service Ribbon, and Air Assault Badge.
