Jim Garrison, professor emeritus in the School of Education, published “Subjectivity and Infinity: Time and Existence: A Reader Responds,” Philosophy and Education 41.5 (2022): 583–85. In addition, he received the Herbert Schneider Award from the Society for theAdvancement of American Philosophy; the award recognizes a career-long achievement of distinguished contributions to the understanding of American Philosophy.

The award was presented to Garrison at the society’s annual meeting, which took place March 9–11 in Denver, Colorado.
