Spencer Bennington, an instructor in the Department of English, and Craig Arthur, University Libraries, received an Innovation in Learning Grant of $5,000 from Technology-enhanced Learning and Online Strategies (TLOS) for classroom innovation and technology to support the development of “Rap Rhetorics,” a collection of ENGL 1105 sections focusing on themes of antiracism, social justice, and political engagement in hip-hop texts in historical and cultural context.
