Anna Zeide Published in Southern Cultures, Received NEH Grant

Anna Zeide, an associate professor in the Department of History, published “Me and Papa and Aldo Leopold,” Southern Cultures 27.1 (Spring 2021): 150–61.
In addition, Zeide, who serves as director of the Food Studies Program, was awarded a National Endowment for the Humanities (NEH) grant for the project titled “Developing a Humanities-Focused Food Studies Minor.”
The award, which is from the NEH’s Humanities Connections program, is a one-year planning grant to develop new courses in Food Studies and create a Food Studies minor.
