Dr. Liora O’Donnell Goldensher is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Sociology at Virginia Tech, where she is also affiliated with the program in Women’s and Gender Studies and the Department of Science, Technology and Society. Dr. Goldensher’s work has appeared in Social Problems, the Journal of Contemporary Ethnography, and Synapsis. In 2022-23, she taught the Lavender House core course, Introduction to Queer Studies.
