School of Education doctoral student Whitley Johnson, faculty member Tonisha Lane, and postdoctoral associate Johnny Woods, Jr. presented “‘Lots of Talk, but Nothing Formal’: Exploring Administrators’ Sensemaking about the Recruitment and Retention of Women of Color Faculty in STEM” with Saundra Johnson Austin at the Alliance for Graduate Education and the Professoriate National Research Conference, which took place November 2–4 in Corpus Christi, Texas.
