The Virginia Tech Engagement Center for Creative Aging, formerly Adult Day Services, celebrates its 30th anniversary on December 14. The new name reflects the expanded vision of the center, which offers community outreach programs such as Adult Day Services, Care Partner Bridge, Caregiver Wellness, Engaging Aging, and Memory Masterclasses. Ila Schepisi has served as the center’s director since 2012.
