Matthew Vollmer, a professor in the Department of English, received the 2021 EastOver Prize for Nonfiction for his manuscript “This World Is Not Your Home.”  As an award-winner, Vollmer is the recipient of $2,500 and will have his manuscript published by EastOver Press, an independent literary press with headquarters in Rochester, Massachusetts.
