Jaeyong Yoo is an Assistant Professor of Property Management at Virginia Tech. His research interests lie in housing economics, housing policy, household finance, and real estate finance. 

He received his PH.D. in Housing (2022) from the University of Georgia. He also holds a Masters degree in Real Estate, Economics and Statistics.
