Amy Price Azano, an associate professor in the School of Education, received the Brzezinski Memorial Award, a national award honoring educational research that addresses significant rural issues and makes notable contributions to the knowledge base of rural education. The award was made by the National Rural Education Association and presented at the National Forum for Advancing Rural Education, which took place November 11–12 in Indianapolis, Indiana.
