Department of English faculty members Sweta Baniya and Jennifer Sano-Franchini were awarded a grant of $2,000 for “Service Learning in Technical and Professional Communication through Social Justice and Intercultural Frameworks: A Multisite Study” from the Council for Programs in Technical and Scientific Communication.

Baniya and Sano-Franchini serve as co-principal investigators with Josephine Walwema, University of Oakland, and Jessica Edwards, University of Delaware, on this one-year project.
