Su Fang Ng Received the Phyllis Goodhart Gordan Prize from the Renaissance Society of America
Su Fang Ng, Clifford A. Cutchins III Professor in the Department of English, received the Phyllis Goodhart Gordan Prize from the Renaissance Society of America (RSA) for the best book in Renaissance studies.
She was recognized for Alexander the Great from Britain to Southeast Asia: Peripheral Empires in the Global Renaissance (Oxford University Press, 2019).
The 2020 prize was awarded for a book published between July 1, 2018, and June 30, 2019. Ng will be honored at the society’s awards ceremony during the RSA Annual Meeting, which will take place April 2 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
