David Zikusoka

David Zikusoka is a national security professional with over a decade-and-a-half of high-level practice across the White House, Pentagon, and think tank community. He is a Non-Resident Senior Fellow at New America. He most recently served in government as Special Assistant to the Secretary of Defense, where he covered technology and innovation issues. He has also served as a Policy Director at the U.S. Cyberspace Solarium Commission and Senior Advisor for Weapons of Mass Destruction and Non-proliferation to then-Vice President Joe Biden. Mr. Zikusoka holds a bachelor's degree in history from Harvard University and a master's degree in public policy from Princeton University.
