Catalina Andrango-Walker Awarded Center for New World Comparative Studies Fellowship
Catalina Andrango-Walker, an associate professor in the Department of Modern and Classical Languages and Literatures, was awarded a Center for New World Comparative Studies Fellowship at the John Carter Brown Library, Providence, Rhode Island.
The two-month summer fellowship supports research relating to the history of the colonial Americas. Andrango-Walker will conduct archival research at the library on her book project, South and North America: Viceregal Contacts in the Hispanic World.
