Join us on April 22nd at VT or online fom 10am-3pm (lunch 12 noon-1pm) as we walk through how we at Virginia Tech run a EU Council debate for 130+ high school students from area schools. Learn how students research current issues from the perspective of one of the 27 EU Member-States, present a Position Statement to the EU Council and then negotiate and vote on proposals. 

Teachers will learn how to run an EU debate in their own school and how CEUTTSS can support them locally, or in planned expansions of our High School EU Debate event each spring. Represent an EU country yourself as we walk through a simulation of the EU Council.
