An interview with Karl Precoda, Senior Instructor in the School of Performing Arts, was included in Common Tones: Selected Interviews with Artists and Musicians 1995–2020 by Alan Licht (Brooklyn, New York: Blank Forms Editions, 2021), pp. 97–110. In conjunction with the book’s release, Precoda curated and introduced a screening of three films, one of which is “Sundown,” a short film he produced in 2019 with Anthony Kwame Harrison, Edward S. Diggs Professor in Humanities and Professor in the Department of Sociology; the screening took place at the Anthology Film Archives in New York City on September 20.
