Department of Political Science faculty members Bettina Koch and Yannis Stivachtis co-edited Regional Security in the Middle East: Sectors, Variables, and Issues (Bristol, United Kingdom: e-International Relations, 2019), available here as an e-book, and published together the “Introduction: Regional Security in the Middle East,” pp. 1–21. Koch’s individual contribution to the volume was “Unmasking ‘Religious’ Conflicts and Religious Radicalization in the Middle East,” pp. 168–84. The contributions of Stivachtis were: “Political (In)Security in the Middle East,” pp. 23–44; “Demography, Migration, and Security in the Middle East,” with Stefanie Georgakis Abbott, pp. 99–130; and “Science, Technology, and Security in the Middle East,” pp. 146–66.
