What Is a Property Management Degree?

Our Property Management degree prepares you to tackle contemporary issues in property management and gives you hands-on experience with industry leaders. You will learn how to manage property, the differences between housing unit styles and resident populations, the challenges each demographic faces, business and mangement best practices, and residential technologies.

See the World

We offer a property management and housing study abroad course every other year (2016:2018). You will have the chance to see and experience multifamily and commercial property management, current and historic residential design, and new ideas in housing technologies. We have visited Germany, France, and the Czech Republic on past trips.
