Strategic Communication Minor
Curriculum
What You'll Study
Communication is a universal human experience that lies at the heart of our social interactions, relationships, politics, and culture. We study its processes and systems to get a better understanding of how people relate to each other and the world around them.
This minor introduces you to strategic communication through a four-course introductory experience. It covers basic communication skills, public relations, design, and accounting. Two advanced courses enable you to focus on particular issues in strategic communication, such as issues management, corporate social responsibility, or communication law. You will complete the minor with a capstone course.
