Wondering how to get ready for a career fair? Here are some tips:
1. Get your resume career fair ready. Connect with your advisor, professor, or Career and Professional Development representatives to review your resume. Plan to bring several copies with you to the fair.
2. Be enthusiastic! Don't forget to smile (even if you're nervous).
3. Make a list of employers attending that you want to meet. This will help you get started when you walk into the fair.
4. Be flexible! Talk to employers that maybe you weren't planning on getting to know.
