Two ASPECT doctoral students gave presentations at the annual meeting of the American Political Science Association. Linea Cutter presented “Spaces of Empire in Popular Culture: A Critical Analysis of To the Bone” and “Neoliberal Biopolitics and Dietary ‘Choice’: Mapping Fungible Subject-Food Relationships”; Zach Wheeler presented “Back to the Future: The Death of Neoliberalism and the Return of Politics.” The meeting took place August 29–September 1 in Washington, D.C.
