AP European History

Program Overview:

The Center is committed to prioviding resources for educators pertaining to all four periods of Advanced Placement European History, with a focus on one of the core seven themes: National and European Identity. This includes numerous Powerpoints, teacher resources, links and lesson ideas. 

Colin Baker - Blacksburg High School - heads the Center's K-12 efforts. From 2016-2021 Mr. Baker served two full terms on the AP European History Development Committee, helping lead course development, providing resources for teachers nationally, presenting at national conferences, and leading the scoring of the AP Euro exam. Colin still serves as an Exam Leader at the AP Euro exam reading.
