Film Screening Support Fund
The following is for the 2025-2026 rounds of funding.
In the 2025–2026 academic year, the College of Liberal Arts and Human Sciences will continue its support of screenings of international films and films that showcase cultural difference.
The Film Screening Support Fund is designed to foster and sustain film screenings and festivals across the college by assisting with major costs such as screening rights and venue rentals. The showing(s) must be free and available to the public.
Proposals for online screenings and virtual campus visits by filmmakers are welcome.
The anticipated minimum and maximum awards are $250 and $750 respectively. The detailed Call for Proposals and the two-page application are available below.
The initial fall deadline to accommodate events planned for early in the Fall 2025 semester is April 28, 2025.
The second fall deadline, with preference given to events held between October 2025 and February 2026, is September 8, 2025.
The spring deadline, for events held February to May 2026, is February 2, 2026.
