Higher Education doctoral student Ashley Costello presented “Visitor Engagement Framework in an Informal University Learning Environment” at the Eastern Educational Research Association Conference, which took place February 9–10 in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina.

In addition, Costello was named to the editorial board of the Journal of Trauma Studies in Education as a reviewer.
