ASPECT doctoral student Jordan Fallon was awarded the Peacock-Harper Culinary History Scholarship for Virginia Tech graduate students working on research projects related to the Peacock-Harper Culinary History Collection.

The collection is housed in the University Libraries Special Collections and University Archives’ Rare Book Room.
