The college notes with sadness the death of Christine Kaestle, professor of the Department of Human Development and Family Science, on July 16.

The recipient of the college’s Excellence in Research and Creative Scholarship Award as well as a Certificate of Teaching Excellence Award, Kaestle served as director of the Human Sexuality Studies Graduate Certificate Program.
