About The Certificate

Virginia Tech’s School of Communication offers a 12-credit Graduate Certificate in Organizational Communication Management. This program is designed to quickly equip students with the skills you need to effectively manage an organization’s communication strategies. Students will learn to collect and analyze data on how communication plans are perceived by both internal and external stakeholders, such as employees and customers. The curriculum emphasizes the application of public relations theories to disseminate information within organizations, preparing graduates to develop and oversee comprehensive communication plans.
