What You'll Study
The sociology minor will give you the opportunity to explore social phenomena in greater depth through a highly customizable plan of study. Our subject matter ranges from families to global communities, from the values and beliefs that societies share, to the ways that we are affected by age, class, race, and gender. With 15 hours of electives required and over 60 courses to choose from, you will be able to focus on the issues that mean the most to you.
