You will gain knowledge about the role housing plays in consumers' lives and choose a focus such as technology, accessibility, aging, or affordability.

What You'll Study
Our students learn about how to use space efficiently within the home, housing in American society, and current sustainability issues in the field. You may choose to take part in an internship at kitchen and bath design firms, cabinet builders, or residential design centers.
This minor is not available to students majoring in Residential Environments and Design or Property Management.
