Hsiang Tu to Perform ‘Chopin in 45 Minutes’

Less is more in the time of pandemic! Pianist Hsiang Tu will perform Chopin’s 24 Preludes and two short works in a 45-minute Music on Mondays recital that will be the perfect way to start your week. The virtual concert will take place Monday, February 8, at 7:30 p.m.

Praised by The New York Times for his “eloquent sensitivity” and The Boston Intelligencer for his “impeccable technique,” Tu, an assistant professor in the Virginia Tech School of Performing Arts, has graced audiences around the world with his creative programming and wide-ranging repertoire.
On April 19, Tu will perform “Musical Birds in 45 Minutes.”
