Summary The future looked dim for Captain Lena Bradshaw, but she escaped from prison in a ship named the Spirit of 77. It has an A.I. (Artificial Intelligence) computer that may not be in Bradshaw’s best interest. Aliens have been intervening in a war that has been raging for eight years. Lena crashlands on a remote planet and finds she is attracted to a man from a primitive culture. Her attraction to this Stone Age man is a driving force to her quest for peace. She alone can defeat the enemy and uncover a conspiracy reaching the very top of the military.
