What is a Minor in Global Development and Political Economy?

The minor in Global Development and Political Economy is designed for students who wish to develop the analytical and leadership skills necessary to formulate and advocate policy on key international issues of social and environmental sustainability, the critical analysis of global processes, and issues of global equity and justice.

Curriculum

What You'll Study

The program brings together the academic study of international relations with theoretical description and analysis of global social and economic processes and formal methods of social and economic analysis. Students have a wide range of courses to choose from, including in international studies, political science, economics, religion and culture, and management, among others.
