WHAT IS AIR FORCE ROTC?
The Air Force Reserve Officer Training Corps (AFROTC) is a nationwide program, run by the United States Air Force, that is designed to educate and train qualified young men and women for service as commissioned officers in the United States Air Force and the newly created United States Space Force while earning a college degree.

WHAT IS THE VIRGINIA TECH CORPS OF CADETS?
Air Force ROTC has a close relationship with the Virginia Tech Corps of Cadets, Virginia Tech's military leadership development organization. The Virginia Tech Corps of Cadets is the continuation of Virginia Tech's proud tradition as a Senior Military College.
To be in Air Force ROTC at Virginia Tech you must also be a member of the Virginia Tech Corps of Cadets.
