Bio: My dissertation research is a mixed-methods case study of landowners whose properties are at least partially in the blast (incineration) zone of the Mountain Valley Pipeline. It is a 42" natural gas pipeline that extends 303 miles through the mountains of western Virginia and West Virginia. I'm investigating recognized and previously unrecognized influences on landowners' choice whether to accept, oppose, acquiesce, or be indifferent toward the pipeline project.
