Bio: Emae is a master's student from Nigeria with a research focus on gender, human rights, and digital safety. She is particularly interested in technology-facilitated crimes and the ways intersecting identities such as gender, class, race, and age shape experiences of harm and vulnerability. Her studies aim to contribute to understanding digital inclusion, safer internet governance, and trust and safety in online spaces. Outside of academic work, Emae enjoys exploring digital platforms to understand online trends and user interactions.
