Thomas Rowe is a postdoctoral fellow at the Department of Philosophy at Virginia Tech. Rowe completed PhD in Philosophy at the London School of Economics in 2017. He also have an MA in Political Theory from the University of Sheffield and a BA in Politics, Philosophy and Economics from the University of Manchester.

Rowe work in the areas of moral and political philosophy, and interested in issues surrounding risk and uncertainty.
