Professor Milly returns from Fulbright semester in Japan
Welcome back to campus Professor Deborah Milly, who spent Fall Semester 2015 in Tokyo, Japan conducting research, supported by Core Fulbright U.S. Scholar/Fulbright Flex Awards she received this past spring. Dr. Milly's current research involves proposed policies regarding employment and residency of foreign-born nurses and caregivers in Japan, in affiliation with the Institute for Social Science at the University of Tokyo.
This semester, Dr. Milly is teaching courses on government and politics
in Japan and comparative politics; she will return to Japan this
summer to conduct more research as part of her Fulbright Flex award. The Fulbright program, administered by the
